6-1-11: PROVOKING COMMISSION OF BREACH OF PEACE:
It shall be unlawful for any person by word, sign or gesture, to wilfully provoke, or attempt to provoke, another person to commit a breach of peace. (Ord. 82, 2-18-1976)
