6-1-10: ASSEMBLING TO DISTURB THE PEACE OR COMMIT AN UNLAWFUL ACT:

It shall be unlawful for two (2) or more persons to assemble for the purpose of disturbing the public peace or committing an unlawful act, and who do not disperse on being commanded or directed so to do by a justice of the peace, city police officer, sheriff, coroner or other public officer. (Ord. 82, 2-18-1976)
