5-11-4: FRANCHISE FEE:
Wells Rural Electric Company shall pay to the city all lawful licenses and taxes imposed by the city; however, Wells Rural Electric Company shall not be required to pay to the city any franchise fee. (Ord. 97, 1-10-1979, eff. 1-17-1979)
