5-11-2: TERM OF FRANCHISE:

The franchise and rights herein granted shall commence and be in full force from and after the passage date hereof, and upon filing of an acceptance by Wells Rural Electric Company, and shall continue in full force and effect for a term of forty (40) years. (Ord. 97, 1-10-1979, eff. 1-17-1979)
