Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or the officers of any corporation or association violating any of the terms of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty. Every licensed plumber or drain layer who shall be convicted of any violation of this chapter a third time shall have his license revoked by operation of the third conviction.
