5-5-8: LIABILITY:

Whenever anything is prohibited in this chapter, not only the person actually engaged in doing the thing prohibited, but the contractor or employer in whose employ is the one so engaged, and all other persons actually concerned therein, shall be liable upon conviction to the penalty prescribed.
