5-3-23: CIVIL JUDGMENT NO BAR:
No civil judgment, or any act or suit by the city attorney, the city clerk or the violator shall bar or prevent a prosecution for each and every violation of this chapter. (Ord. 86, 7-14-1976, eff. 7-21-1976)
