3-13-2: PLANS TO BE APPROVED:

Any sidewalk, curb or gutter hereafter constructed by any person shall be constructed in strict compliance with specifications and plans and upon grades and lines to be approved by the board of councilmen or its duly authorized engineer. (Ord. 165, 12-13-1989, eff. 12-20-1989)
