5-12-8: AGE LIMITATION:

(A) No person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be allowed in a medical cannabis establishment unless the person holds a valid registry identification card and is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

(B) No person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be allowed in a cannabis establishment.

(C) It shall be unlawful for any business licensed under this chapter to employ a person under twenty-one (21) years of age. (Ord. 2019-249, 12-4-2019)
