(a) "Person" means a natural person or any legal entity, including but not limited to a corporation, firm, partnership, limited liability company, trust or trustee, legal association, or an agent or legal representative of any legal entity.
(b) "Vacant" means that no person actually resides in any part of the building or structure on the property, or that no person conducts a lawful business in any part of the building or structure located on the property, or that there is no building or structure on the property.
