(a) Any person who files a complaint in any court of competent jurisdiction for foreclosure involving real property located within the Village shall notify the Village of the filing of the foreclosure complaint within thirty (30) days after the filing of the complaint. The notice shall contain the following information:
(1) A statement as to whether the person filing the foreclosure has knowledge that the property is vacant or occupied.
(2) The name, address and contact information for the person who is responsible for maintaining the property during the foreclosure process in compliance with applicable ordinances of the Village.
(3) A copy of the foreclosure complaint.
(b) Upon sale of the property, the person filing the foreclosure complaint, or any agent, assignee, or transferee thereof, shall notify the Village of the name, address and contact information for the buyer within ten (10) days of the sale.
(c) All notices referenced herein shall be directed to the Village Administrator.
