10-1-6: DEPOSITS:

All deposits made by users of City water and/or sewer service, as required by City ordinance to guarantee payment of water and/or sewer bills, may also be applied to pay delinquent or defaulting City solid waste collection charges of the owner and/or person who made the deposit. (Ord. 2017-24)
