A. Refuse Service; Joint Billing: The charge for refuse service for owners and/or persons in control of and/or occupying those buildings and/or premises served and/or who are refuse customers of the City will be billed to each user monthly, along with the bill for water, sewer, and/or other services and will carry the same due date, grace periods and penalties as the water and/or sewer bills or bills for other services rendered by the City. Such bill shall not be considered to be paid in full, unless such payment is accompanied with the refuse service charge. The failure to pay the refuse charge herein provided for when due shall be cause for discontinuing and disconnecting of the water and/or sewer service of the building and/or premises served.
B. Vacuum Leaf Collection; Separate Or Joint Billings: The charge for vacuum leaf collection (curbside leaf vacuum service) for owners and/or persons in control of and/or occupying those buildings and/or premises utilizing the service may be billed separately, in which case the bill shall carry its own due date and grace periods, but will include the same penalties as the water and/or sewer service bill when not paid in full. The failure to pay the vacuum leaf collection charge herein provided for when due shall be cause for discontinuing and disconnection of the water and/or sewer service of the building and/or premises served.
C. Recycling Program; Joint Billing: The charge for operation of the Recycling Program will be billed monthly, along with the bill for water and/or sewer services and will carry the same due date, grace periods and penalties as the water and/or sewer bills. Such bill shall be considered to be paid in full, unless such payment is accompanied with the recycling charge. The failure to pay the recycling charge herein provided for when due shall be cause for discontinuing and disconnecting of the water and/or sewer service of the building and/or premises served.
D. City Designated Solid Waste Collections; Separate Or Joint Billing: The charge for City designated solid waste collection for owners and/or persons utilizing the service may be billed separately, in which case the bill shall carry its own due date and grace periods, but will include the same penalties as the water and/or sewer service bill when not paid in full. The failure to pay the City designated solid waste collection charge herein provided for when due shall be cause for discontinuing and disconnecting of the water and/or sewer service of the building and/or premises served.
E. Voluntary Extra Solid Waste Collections; Separate Or Joint Billing: The charge for voluntary extra solid waste collection for owners and/or persons utilizing the service may be billed separately, in which case the bill shall carry its own due date and grace periods, but will include the same penalties as the water and/or sewer service bill when not paid in full. The failure to pay the voluntary extra solid waste collection charges herein provided for when due shall be cause for discontinuing and disconnecting of the water and/or sewer service of the building and/or premises served.
