A. Solid Waste: The owner and/or person in control of and/or occupying any building and/or premises shall pay a reasonable fee to the Finance Director for the removal and disposal of solid waste, when removed by the City. Said fee shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
B. Recycling Program: The owner and/or person in control of and/or occupying any building or premises in the City for which a City water or sanitary sewer bill is issued shall pay a reasonable fee to the Finance Director for the operation of the City's Recycling Program. The fee for the Recycling Program shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 2017-24)
