Funeral processions shall be allowed to enter the cemetery between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and three thirty o'clock (3:30) P.M. of each day, except on those holidays as outlined in section 6-3-2 of this chapter. Those processions entering the cemetery later than three thirty o'clock (3:30) P.M. shall cause the funeral director of record to be subject to applicable overtime charges as specified by resolution of the City Council.
