18-12-8: PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL PARKING:

   A.   Any person who violates any provision of sections 18-12-1 through 18-12-11 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than seven dollars ($7.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), except that any person who violates subsection 18-12-4D of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Said fines shall be in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal, storage and impoundment of any vehicle in accordance with section 18-12-10 of this chapter. Persons who violate section 18-12-14 of this chapter shall be subject to a maximum fine of not more than thirty five dollars ($35.00).

   B.   Any person may settle any claim the city may have against that person for a violation of sections 18-12-1 through 18-12-9, 18-12-11, and 18-12-14 of this chapter by making payment in accordance with the following schedule to the finance department:

Overtime parking violations:
