9-3-24-4: PENALTY:

Any person violating this section 9-3-24 or section 9-3-24-1 of this chapter or any person deemed responsible for any person violating said sections under section 9-3-24-3 of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
