8-4-22: ORDINANCE SPECIFICATIONS:

All ordinances shall provide and specify the material which shall be used in such construction or repair, and the width and location of the same, and that the owners of abutting lands shall have the time allowed by law to build and construct the same, and in all other respects said ordinance shall conform to law. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 41, Art. 1, Sec. 22)
