3-2-9: SPOON RIVER VALLEY SCENIC DRIVE:
   (A)   Registration Contract Required: It shall be unlawful within the city of Canton to offer for sale or to sell wares that are normal and customary on the scenic drive including, but not limited to, handmade crafts, antiques, Native American items, clothing and/or food without a current registration contract duly entered into with the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive Associates, Inc.
   (B)   Proof Of Registration: Vendors shall exhibit their annual registration contract at a prominent location within their tent/booth/selling area. Vendors shall have their annual registration contract available for inspection upon demand by local law enforcement officials.
   (C)   Violation: It shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section if vendors cannot produce a current, valid registration contract with the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive Associates, Inc., upon demand.
   (D)   In addition to the penalties under Section 3-2-7, and in the event of a violation of this Section 3-2-9, local law enforcement officials are authorized to seize all wares offered for sale by an unregistered vendor or any illegal items offered for sale by any vendor.
