351.01 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC.
   Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any street, bridge, causeway, in any tunnel, in any fire lane or in any place that such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, fire lane or an obstruction to the repair of streets, sewers, water lines, utilities or any other repairs or construction being done by or on behalf of the City or a utility, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
