TITLE

   16.02.010   Title.
   16.02.020   Severability.
16.02.010   Title.
This title shall be known as the “Land Development and Planning Ordinance of the City” which incorporates such common names as “Zoning Ordinance” and “Subdivision Ordinance.” (Ord. 740 section 10.1.10, 1984).
16.02.020   Severability.
Invalidity of a section or part of a section of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections or parts of sections. (Ord. 890 section 2, 1993)
