149.01 ESTABLISHED.

   There is hereby established within the Municipality a department known as the Canal Winchester Building Department to enforce all laws, statutes and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to the certification authorized and approved by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.

149.02 CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL.

   There is created for the City of Canal Winchester, Ohio the position of Chief Building Official.
