1114.07 PARKS AND RECREATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND.

A Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Fund shall be and the same hereby is established for the City. All fees collected pursuant to Section 1114.03 shall be deposited in said Fund and all expenditures there from shall be in conformity with Section 1114.06.
