1114.03 FEES.

(a) New Construction. Prior to construction of a development, a flat fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per dwelling unit shall be levied against the developer(s).

(b) Existing Platted, Residential and/or Metes and Bounds Lots. A flat fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per dwelling unit shall be levied against said lot owner or builder prior to the issuance of a zoning permit.
