1114.06 UTILIZATION OF THE FUNDS.

All fees collected pursuant to Section 1114.03 shall be expended for the acquisition, purchase, developing, or equipping of future or existing parks or open space land. Under no circumstances may said funds be used for the salaries or wages of City employees.
