(A) In the event of a conviction for violation of §§ 111.21 and/or 111.22, the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator or a
designated by him, or the County Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator,
conduct a hearing pursuant to KRS 243.520 (in conjunction with KRS 241.080 through KRS 241.150) to determine whether the liquor
and/or cereal malt beverage
