CAMPBELL COUNTY FISCAL COURT
CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CAMPBELL COUNTY FISCAL COURT

   WHEREAS, The American Legal Publishing Corporation at Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 1992 S-1 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the County of Campbell, Kentucky, which supplement contains ordinances (through Ordinance O-18-91 adopted October 16, 1991) of a general nature enacted since the original adoption of the Code of Ordinances of Campbell County, and

   WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Campbell County Fiscal Court to provide for the revision, addition, deletion of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances, and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Campbell County Fiscal Court to adopt these updated sections providing for the above described enacted ordinances, in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Campbell County Fiscal Court:

   Section 1. That the 1992 S-1 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the Campbell County Fiscal Court as prepared and submitted by the American Legal Publishing Company is hereby adopted by reference.

   Section 2. That the original Code of Ordinances of Campbell County, Kentucky is revised, modified, and amended, and with deletions made where necessary, as provided by the 1992 S-1 Supplement to the original Code of Ordinances of Campbell County, Kentucky. Further, The original Code of Ordinances in combination with the above described provisions of the 1992 S-1 Supplement, are available for viewing at the Campbell County Fiscal Court, Fiscal Court Building, 24 W. 4TH ST., Newport, KY.

   Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.

   Introduced, approved and given first reading on the 16th day of June, 1993.

   Adopted by the Campbell County Fiscal Court after the second reading on the 7th day of July, 1993.
