A , or any other , corporation, or other entity, is guilty of permitting a nude, nearly nude, or simulated nude activity, when being the , or when having control of the , he allows or permits any to appear on the in such manner or attire so as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva, or genitals, or any simulation thereof, or any female to appear on the in such manner or attire so as to expose to view any portion of her breast referred to as the areola or nipple, or simulation thereof. A or other , corporation, or other entity, having control of the , shall also be guilty of permitting a nude, nearly nude, or simulated nude activity, when having knowledge of such activity, he fails to make reasonable and timely effort to halt such activity.
