(A) The developer will provide all developments with sanitary sewerage facilities and water supply systems conforming to the requirements, rules and policies of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). For all developments, the developer must comply with the policies, requirements, inspections, and pay all fees for water and sewer systems per City of Camden Public Works Department.
(B) Fire hydrants shall be installed by the developer in accordance with § 156.053.
(C) Depending on the number of housing units, residential subdivisions shall be connected to the city's sanitary sewer system if public service is available within the following distances:

(D) If a public system is not in place or cannot be extended, the developer must provide individual subsurface disposal systems where appropriate, given site density, soil, slope, and other conditions and subject to applicable DHEC regulations.
(E) The sanitary sewer system shall be adequate to handle the necessary flow at build-out of the subdivision.
(F) Improvement plans and specifications for all disposal systems for which the subdivider is responsible shall be submitted for approval to the City Public Works Director.
