§ 75.11 IMPOUNDING FOR VIOLATION.

The Police Chief or any member of the Police Department has the authority to impound a bicycle for a period not to exceed five days if the bicycle is being operated in an unsafe manner or contrary to the regulations of this traffic code. Impounding of bicycles shall be in addition to other penalties provided for by this traffic code.
