(A) Each golf cart authorized under this section shall have a maximum occupancy of four persons.
(B) All golf carts authorized under this section shall be used for recreational purposes and not commercial purposes.
(C) Each golf cart under this section must be registered with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and contain or have installed front and rear license plates.
(D) Each golf cart under this section shall be titled.
(E) The headlights must be on and operating at all times that the golf cart is driven.
(F)
All drivers of golf carts must carry their driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration while operating the golf cart. All persons operating a golf cart must be at least 18 years of age. If a licensed driver under the age of 18 desires to operate a golf cart, that driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of 21.
