There shall be a moratorium placed on legal corrective action for a period of one year. This moratorium shall commence upon passage of the Property Maintenance Code. This moratorium shall not affect violations as they relate to junk cars, fire safety, weeds or demolition. This moratorium shall not affect the notification, citation, appeal or any other such action as allowed by such Code. All violations not corrected within the moratorium period shall become, upon final notification, subject to all provisions for corrective action as provided by this Code.
