(A) Antennas or antenna structures that are part of systems licensed directly by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States, including commercial microwave links, and mobile two-way radio, and amateur radio stations, are excluded under this chapter.
(B) Parcels utilized for manufacture, wholesale or retail sale, or earth stations are exempt from these requirements.
(C) Parcels utilized for commercial or public telephonic or transmission of coaxial cable services are exempt from these requirements.
