Signs advertising public sales and yard sales shall not exceed two feet by two feet in dimension and shall contain the name and address of the sale sponsor. All signs pertaining to these sales shall be removed from display within 24 hours after completion of the sale. The City Safety-Service Director shall be authorized to remove nonconforming or unauthorized signs in the public right-of-way.
