No person shall sell at any public sale or yard sale, any household furniture, equipment, appliances, goods, or food products which were brought onto the property for the sole purpose of selling the same at the sale by a person who regularly furnishes the household furniture, furnishings, equipment, appliances, goods, or food products at the public sales or yard sales for profit, excepting sales which are conducted by any charitable, educational, or religious institution.
