§ 116.02 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SALES.

No person shall conduct, sponsor, hold, manage, or permit upon the premises he occupies, more than six public sales or yard sales in any 12-month period, or more than one public sale or yard sale in any one month. Sales shall not exceed two days in duration.
