§ 114.67 LICENSE FEE; COLLECTION BY MAYOR.
   (A)   Every person engaged in operating a temporary store in the city, shall pay a license fee to the Mayor, in the sum of $100.
   (B)   Every person defined as a transient vendor shall pay a license fee to the Mayor in the sum of $100 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day thereafter while engaged in the sale to the public at retail in the city.
   (C)   The Mayor is authorized to demand and collect from such temporary store operator or transient vendor the license fee herein provided.
