§ 114.44 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   In the event that an inordinate number of complaints are received by the Mayor or other local authorities with respect to the manner in which those persons licensed are conducting their business, the Mayor may, revoke the license at any time thereafter. Notice of such revocation given to the person locally in charge of such salesmen shall constitute notice to those salesmen. In addition, any license issued hereunder may be revoked at any time should the person to whom it is issued be guilty of violating any state law, any provision of this chapter or of committing any fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful act in connection with his business or otherwise, or is found to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business.
