§ 114.32 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of any police officer of the city to require any person seen peddling or operating a mobile food service operation, who is not known by the officer to be duly licensed, to produce his peddler's or mobile food service operation license and to enforce this subchapter against any person found to be violating the same.
