§ 98.02 CUTTING WEEDS REQUIRED; FREQUENCY.
   (A)   No owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of land located within the corporate limits of the city shall fail to periodically cut and destroy all noxious or harmful weeds and vines growing upon such lot or parcel of land. This section shall not apply to growing crops or cultivated plants.
   (B)   For the purpose of determining the frequency of cutting and destroying noxious or poisonous weeds, vines or grasses as required herein, any noxious or poisonous weeds, vines or grasses growing upon any lot or parcel of land and extending to the height of eight inches shall be deemed noxious or poisonous weeds, vines, or grasses as described in § 98.01.
