§ 97.35 LOCAL OR SPOT TYPE OPENINGS.

For local or spot type openings the procedure described in § 97.33 for hard-surfaced streets shall be followed, except that § 97.33(C) shall be waived, provided the entire surface area does not exceed a total of nine square feet. If such area exceeds nine square feet, § 97.33(C) shall be applicable to local or spot type openings.
