(A) An amount established by Council shall be appropriated from the cemetery fund to account #06-020-130 vandalism rewards, for the purpose of paying rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those persons responsible for vandalism or other such damage to cemeteries in the city.
(B) Distribution of rewards shall be according to decision of the City Law Director upon conviction of those persons responsible as described in division (A) above.
