   (A)   Prices for various services and lots at Northwood Cemetery are established as follows:

   (B)   The above rates shall be in effect for a period from 1998 through 2001 at which time all rates will increase by five percent (5%).
   (C)   The prices for lots are provided in division (A) hereof, except for some back lots depending on location with the appropriate city official having authority to sell them between $100 and $175.
