§ 91.07 BURIALS IN SOUTH 11TH STREET.
   (A)   The sale of burial lots in the City Cemetery on South 11th Street shall be immediately discontinued.
   (B)   Any person presently owning a burial lot in the City Cemetery shall have the option of using the burial lot or exchanging the lot for a burial lot in Northwood Cemetery.
   (C)   Funds from the Taylor Trust Fund shall be used for maintenance and upkeep of the City Cemetery.
