§ 70.20 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.
   Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this subchapter is guilty of a misdemeanor which shall be classified as provided in § 70.99
(`63 Code, § 305.09)
