§ 51.28 PERMIT REQUIRED TO MAKE TAPS; OPEN OR CLOSE VALVES OR HYDRANTS.

No company, firm, corporation, plumber, contractor, or person shall make taps, open or close valves, or open or close fire hydrants on any city-owned main or fire hydrant for any purpose whatsoever without the written permission of the Utilities Director.
