(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $100. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 51.13 (A) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $300 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
