§ 35.26 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN.
   The Mayor is charged with developing and keeping an affirmative action plan. Such plan shall include, but not be limited to: Employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation and selection from training including apprenticeship. The Mayor will post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of the nondiscrimination policy in § 35.25.
