(A) There shall be the position of sewer distribution foreman.
(B) The sewer distribution foreman shall be in charge of the sewer crew. The duties of the crew shall consist of repair and maintenance of the sanitary and storm sewers of the city. The foreman shall establish, as needed, a preventative maintenance program of sewer cleaning. He shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sanitary lift stations and shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all sewer cleaning tools and trucks. He shall order parts and materials needed for the operation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of the sewer systems as outlined above. He shall have the assistance of the City Engineer in drawing up plans of needed repairs for the normal continued operation of the sewer system.
