§ 34.40 ESTABLISHMENT, COMPOSITION, AND TERM.
   There is established a Municipal Forest Commission consisting of three members to be appointed by the Mayor. One member shall be appointed for a period of five years, one member shall be appointed for a period of four years, and one member shall be appointed for a period of three years.
